Fire Hydrant Dance
Jimmy really loves to climb fire hydrants. We can't walk by one without a summit. Here he is doing a little dance on top of the one in front of our house.

Jimmy loves his tools just like his dad and grandpa. Here he is with his new tool bench. He's getting lots of work done as you can see.

Spring Landscaping
We are having a beautiful spring this year in Logan. It has been nice and warm and sunny making a great opportunity to continue some landscaping work. We have peas planted, garlic, strawberries and some other early vegetables. The trees and bushes planted late last fall all survived.

Spring Break 2012
We had a great week exploring southwestern Utah during spring break. The first three nights we camped at Quail Creek State Park. Then we relocated near the ghost town of Grafton near Rockville and Zion National Park
This first video is some time spent with Jimmy practicing downhill speed on his big wheel.
The ghost town of Grafton was a really beautiful place and the remote location was a bit more our style. After a trip through the town grave yard Jimmy wanted to try a little bouldering.

Hot Springs
Heading to Maple Grove Hot Springs is one of the favorite family activities this winter. Jimmy usually brings some of his "guys." This trip he had trout and mantis. That's mom's beer not Jimmy's in the background. Jimmy's mantra for the hot springs is "This is nice, this is relaxing" and I agree.
